[Taxacom] Herbarium sequence revisited

Here at the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh we are
currently working on a linear sequence following
APGII, with some help from colleagues around the
world. This was prompted by our considering a shift to
using an APG system within the herbarium.

We plan to make this sequence available soon.

We are not yet considering hanging our cabinets on
mobiles ...
