[Taxacom] Alex Gazetteer Re: A location name from former Yugoslavia

As many people will know the Alexandria Digital Library Gazetteer is fantastic 
for this sort of query, especially if you want a lat/long to use for a 
distribution record. You get as many possibilities in the local language(s) as 
exist, and they are numbered on a world map. Chose a likely one and the newer 
interface comes up with a minimap showing the place and nearby names.
