Dear All,
A leucistic pileated woodpecker was recently photographed in Arkansas (not far from where the ivory-billed woodpecker was video-taped). That it was easily identified as a leucistic pileated will perhaps help convince some critics who think that the ivory-bill sighting was actually of a partially leucistic pileated woodpecker.
