Only if ALL the papers you list advocate panbiogeography; but your 
heading of the bibliography also includes papers that merely 
"discuss" it. Some of those discussions might well be negative toward 
panbiogeography. If so, then you are simply padding your list and 
making a premature statement panbiogeography is alive and well. If 
you wish to use the list as evidence that panbiogeography is not 
dead, then you should have then just limited your list to those that 
"use" it -- BTW: "utilize" is actually the wrong term here unless you 
feel panbiogeography was not used properly and you are now 
"utilizing" it somehow.

It is like me making a list of recent papers related to passenger 
pigeons and then claiming that the list is evidence they are still 
alive, and not extinct. A quick search on google scholar turns up 
3110 of them. Wow. They're back!! Cool.
