There is now the start of a bibliography of publications discussing or
applying panbiogeography at http://www.sciencebuff.org/bibliography.php

This list was initiated and largely completed through the efforts of
Mauro Cavalcanti (Departamento de Zoologia, Universidade do Estado do
Rio de Janeiro). The list is by no means complete so if anyone has
articles that they would like to see added please send me the citations
and I would be happy to oblige. The inclusiveness of articles is
admittedly arbitrary so we have endeavored to be inclusive rather than
exclusive even though some may regard some publications as less
applicable than others. Either way, hopefully this list will be useful
to people as the number of publications dealing with panbiogeography one
way or the other is getting so large that I am finding it impossible to
keep them all in my head any longer. If nothing else, the list belies
the claims of McGlone and others that panbiogeography is 'dead'.
