LVB phylogeny program: new Web page and email address

LVB is a free phylogeny program for various computer systems,
implementing a fast heuristic search for the most
parsiminious tree(s). A Web-based service is provided by
Institut Pasteur.

The LVB Web page has moved. The new location is:
