An interesting post, whether these specimens have been published on or not.  But I am puzzled why the third one would have Kollar in parentheses (unless it is a subsequent type rather than a holotype).

     On the other hand, Estheria roseni should now definitely have parentheses around the author Wolf, since Estheria is preoccupied by a genus of dipteran.  I wonder what valid genus Estheria roseni actually belongs to.  Sorry I can't be of more help, and it only prompts me to ask more questions.
