Ivory-bill and refuge restrictions

Dear All,
      Looks like things have already begun to change.  About 5,000 acres of the refuge in Arkansas are being closed or restricted to fishing and hunting.  Income from visiting birders should more than make up any loss of revenue from hunters.  More cameras (and fewer guns) on wildlife refuges is fine by me.
