Shipping to Mexico

Hi All,

Has anybody else been having trouble shipping herbarium specimens to Mexico from the US?

Over the last couple of months we have had several different shipments returned for a variety of
reasons that seem to be lacking in substance....some specify shipping requirements that we have
already met, others list receiver problems or customs complications.  This recent flurry of returned
packages is becoming quite an expense not to mention a concern, and we have now instituted a
moratorium on all shipments to Mexico until some of these issues are resolved.

If anyone has any insight, or is experiencing similar problems I would be really grateful to hear
from you.
