Latin name of "Hazel Mushrooms"

I have exhausted all the possibilities while searching for the scientific
name of the Chinese "Hazel Mushrooms" that are used in the Chinese chicken
soup. It is a GILLED MUSHROOM with stringy (possibly clustered) stems and
according to our Chinese hostess it should grow on (or with) Camellia.
Hence, it is also called "Tea Mushroom" (but it is not Kombucha!).

Please, help!
