Validity of Specienames

Hi all,

I have a question concerning the validity of Speciesnames and maybe you can
help me in giving an answer to it.
If a new animal Species is described and if there is no hint in the
Originaldescription in which Museum/Institution the Holotype is deposited,
is the Species in this case valid in the sense of the actual ICZN?
I thought that I've read that it isn't but I can't find a paragraph
concerning that, but maybe I've overlooked something.
