I was not making any particular assertion about the terms being
interchangeable although it is likely that in writing my emails I have
done so much so the disgust of some. I'll try to be more consistent now
that has been drawn to my attention (emails are fitted in between other
work and perhaps my phraseology is a little more sloppy - kudos to those
who keep to a higher standard throughout).

As for interchangeability of terms, it seemed to me that it was Don who
was alluding to the possibility.
