Nice to see someone understands one of the most basic elements of
panbiogeography after seeing decades of stunned reactions from so many
prominent biogeographers and so much garbage written about
panbiogeography on the web (undergrad and grad class notes) and
publications (such as the recent McGlone piece in Journal of
Biogeography). Perhaps there is yet hope for biogeography.
