Thanks to all those who responded on or off list. I may not have made it
clear that one of the functions I would want is a freeze frame capacity
so I can record both moving images as well as still photos. The paxit
system I used some years back was able to do that for me (although it
was not quite what I wanted in other respects). The feedback I received
gave me some useful terms of reference and possibilities. Much
appreciated!
