Problem with date of new genera

Dear colleagues,
 I am little puzzled
Ardoin published in his "Essai de révision des Amarygmini (Tenebrionidae) africans" over 20 new genera. Accidentally some of these new genera are publish twice Pterodes gen.n., first time in the identification key which was published in 1962 and second time in 1963 where is full description
What is valid year?
for example Pterodes 1962:962 or Pterodes 1963:97
