germinating tiny seeds

Does anyone have any advice on germinating the tiny, dust-like seeds of
Bartonia virginica (Gentianaceae)? I have tried germinating them on both
Phytagar & native soil, with and without cold stratification, and with and
without mycorrhizal innoculation. Nothing has worked so far. It is not known
whether the plant is dependent on mycorrhizae. I would be interested in
trying an orchid germination protocol if anyone has any recommendations.
