Correct deadline for pre-proposals to GBIF-ECAT

Dear Colleagues,

Because of a very unfortunate mistake on the part of the GBIF
Secretariat, we have circulated conflicting statements concerning the
deadline date for the pre proposals for ECAT seed money.

In order to be as fair as possible to organisations and individuals who
intend to submit pre-proposals, it has been decided to postpone the
deadline to *15 September 2005*.

Accordingly, the target dates for the ECAT evaluation process will be
updated as follows:

    * Pre-proposals due *15 September 2005*.
    * Full proposals will be requested from successful pre-proposers in
      October 2005
    * Full Proposals due *30 November 2005*.
