Also apologies for an error in the posting of 28 June.  The preproposal
deadline for ECAT submissions is 15 August, not 15 September as earlier
stated.  The text of the Request for Proposals has been correct all
along, it was only in the message posted to these listservs that the
date was incorrectly stated.
