Get the biopoliticians out of it,  tell the frogs  (i.e. the database owners) in small ponds that it's safe to swim in the ocean,  get one person (at most a handful of non-prima donnas) to do it, ......................and we will be cooking with gas.

But that's a pipe-dream, primarily because the biopoliticians and frogs won't let go.
