Is there a digital Neave?

I have heard rumours that Neave's Nomenclator Zoologicus has been
digitised. Is it available yet in electronic form? The BIOSIS page
http://www.biosis.org.uk/zrdocs/nom_zool/index.htm suggests that most of
the volumes up to 1935 are out of print, and that subsequent volumes to
1994 would cost the buyer UKP215.
