homonym help

Hi, all. Apologies for x-posting. In the process of developing my
digital authority files for the Insecta, I keep turning up
unrecognized (and often very ancient) generic homonymies; not
surprising, given that most data sources each deal with only one
order, so inter-order homonyms are hard to detect without efforts
like mine. It's not that I plan to publish any (I generally pass the
info on to authorities in the relevant group), but out of the 15
homonym pairs I've found, there are two I can't resolve with the
resources easily available to me, so I though I'd ask to see if
anyone has the needed info at their fingertips.

To wit:

(1) I cannot find the authority OR year of publication for the
fulgorid genus Weyrauchia (which, as far as I can tell, contains one
species, Weyrauchia fulminea, a rare South American species that
sells for 80 euros). I suspect it is a homonym of Weyrauchia Tippmann
1953, a cerambycid, since it was not in Metcalf's 1947 catalog of
Fulgoridae.

(2) The genera Noserus LeConte 1862 (Zopheridae) and Noserus Förster
1862 (Braconidae) are problematic, since only the month of
publication will apparently be sufficient to resolve the issue. Does
anyone have the appropriate references handy?
