Request information about order Rodentia classification

Dear All
I need some information about classification of order Rodentia of mammals.
I want to know where the position of Meriones libycus is in the tree of life?
I want to know about it's subspecies .How many subspecies does it have and where do they live in the world ?
Also I want to know about RAPD markers and the use of it to identifying subspecies ?
Please introduce me some references about these cases.
