REAL!

The current thread on "real" things makes me sigh. After (perhaps too
many) years of reading philosophy, one of the things that remains in my
memory is the remark (author forgotten) that arguments about "real" are
just glosses on the verb "to be".

I personally use the term for anything that seems worth arguing about!
