deep Arabian Sea amphipod?

Hello.
I am a graduate student with Dr. Karen Wishner, finishing my Ph. D. on
macrozooplankton and micronekton in the Arabian Sea.  I have been able to
identify many of the animals I have found, but there is one that continues
to stump me.  I am not even 100% sure what group it belongs to, though
amphipod is my best guess.  The specimens are always in rather bad shape.
I recently took some photographs of this critter, and I am wondering if
anyone out there would be interested in taking a look at the photos?  If
someone could at least confirm that it is amphipod (or not!) that would be
extremely helpful. Unfortunately, I do not have a website to post the
photos on, but if you would like to take a look please drop me a note and
I will email them to you.
