2nd edition of Judd et al. (Plant Systematics- a phylogenetic approach-2002), is not yet available in our country. After the publication of APG II,  I am interested to know the placement of Piperales (in 1999 it was in Paleoherbs; APG II and APweb place Magnoliid),  Ceratophyllales (in paleoherbs in 1999; APG II towards the end of Magnoliids), and Aristolochiales (under Piperales in APG II, and APweb).
