This is scientific misconduct. Perhaps Jim Rodman would comment on the
possible sanctions that NSF might apply to an institution that had a
history of revealing confidential proposals.

Hmmm.... Besides molecular biology and developmental biology, I also wonder
about immunology, neurology, hematology, and physiology. Of course,
"systematics" and "taxonomy" should be safe....
