Dear Taxacommers:

A colleague of mine in our biochemistry dept seeks dried material of
Pterospermum (Sterculiaceae) for research. At this point, any species
would be of interest. Foliage, bark, and/or roots are of interest to
him. Something like 1-2kg a pop, dry weight. He is capable of paying
mailing costs.

Can anyone suggest naturally-occurring sources, or perhaps botanical
gardens where he could procure material?

        many thanks JOHN NELSON
