alternatively, you might be downloading the most appalling, conflicting and
inconsistent dog's breakfast of well intentioned 'enhancements' and
misinterpretations...  or worse still, nothing at all...

The challenge is to use the dedicated teams of experts around the world to
record and validate the facts in their areas of expertise, sharing the
management of these facts as part of a global federated community resource...

pretty simple really...  surprising no-one has done it yet...  :)
