Geoff,
Not just "we", but "all of us". The Bacteriological Code also does not
accept such forms of publication - posting PDF files on the net is usually
a consequence of the journal (hard copy) also supplying the PDF files.
Since we discuss this at regular intervals we should emphasise that present
Codes do not object in principle to electronic publication, but some of the
present solutions (or lack of them) may cause problems.
