Where is Cape Thompson, AK?

According to Orth, D.J. 1971. Dictionary of Alaska Place Names, there are
two.

1. Cape Thompson (point of land): N tip of Big Koniuji I, in Shumagin Is,
Aleutian Ra; 5515N/15931W. Named in 1880, published ion USC&GS in 1888.

2. Cape Thompson (promontory): on Chukchi Sea coast, 26 mi SE of Point Hope,
Arctic Slope; 6808'40"N/16558'40"W. Named in 1831.
