but hobby-journal means that articles are not critical reviwed before
publication. But this journal is stored in international libraries. Thus, it
seems not possible to use article 8.1.1. However, maybe its possible to use
this article in this way. Well, than it would be easy to reject all new
taxons, which discribed in hobby - journals!
