Dear TAXACOM members:

I am trying to track down a copy of the book listed below, and our usually
efficient interlibrary loan office has been unable to locate one for
me.  The reference came from the Kew Record of Taxonomic Literature web
site (http://www.rbgkew.org.uk/bibliographies/KR//KRHomeExt.html).

Can anyone out there help me locate a copy of the book, or contact
information for the author?
