Dear members of TAXACOM,

I would be interested about opinion about entering the national data of a country in a public database like ECOPORT or ALL-SPECIES or similar. What could be the ventages and the problems ?

Why are such initiatives like ECOPORT and ALL-SPECIES not working together ? I think that such big initiatives, if working together have more chance to reach their goals.
