Well, isn't that a lovely attitude!  Imagine that!  Knowingly accepting for
publication material that will be immediately ignored.  Such professionalism!

Perhaps the journal then bear a large red warning label on its home page:
"WARNING!  Taxonomic novelties published herein are not validly published
and have absolutely no standing under internationally agreed upon rules of
nomenclature!  Publication of novelties here may be hazardous to your career!"
