regarding natural history museum

Dear members,

In Korea, we do not have a national museum of natural history.  To us,
it is a shame and we have worked hard for the government to decide to
build one over the last ten years.  So far, it is now a governmental
plan (I mean, just a plan) to begin building it in two to three years. 
To make sure they follow the plan (we feel desperate as such plan has
been postponed, cancelled, or disappeared in the past), we recently
organized a corporation, the (Korean) Association for the Study of
Natural History Museum.

Recently in Korea, several provincial or city museums of natural history
are planned, although many are actually for exhibition only, and we
think we can help them to make a better museum in quality by providing
systematically professional guidelines and assistance in exhibition,
education, collection, research, and many other areas.

As the head of the standing committee, I am hoping that we can get your
inputs in many ways until our final purpose is achieved (I am hoping
that the goal in Korea is well aligned with our goal in the Earth.).

The followings are what I wish I can get informations and advices from
all of you.  Any kind of help is greatly appreciated.
1. Writing a letter to us and/or to the government to emphasize the
importance of having a national museum of natural history in Korea

4. Actual budgetary allocations and the sizes of specimens and
researchers and workers of your museums and institutions (especially on
researches and researchers: governmental people often think museums are
for exhibitions only)

5. Function of such associations for natural history museums if there
is, or what you think we can do
