Immature parasitoids

Dear all,

For those familiar with development of insect parasitoids, here's a question:
I'm looking for informations on the morphology aspects of immature parasitoids (i.e. larval stages) inside their hosts. Special interest for publications where the morphology is described in relation to this way of life inside a host, and for groups other than Hymenoptera (ex: Coleoptera and Diptera parasitoids). I'm not interested in subjects related to host immune system and processes occuring at the cellular level.

So, any suggestion for essential publications on this topic?
