Thank You - authority lists

        I'd like to thank the many persons who have responded so
quickly to my query about binomial authority.  All respondents
directed me to either the IPNI database on the Web or to  the
Brummitt & Powell reference.  Several went so far as to do the
research for me to discover that one Landolt (Elias) (perhaps a
distant relative of mine?) is already listed as an authority for at
least one plant species.

        Once again, thanks to all for the quick assistance.
