A filtering question, not taxonomy

If only we read carefully what Mary had written, there was nothing in her
message that was inappropriate. I was irritated when I received 9 out of
10 messages on Christmas Day from a .Kr mailbox (Korean, I suppose). I don't
want spam on my mailbox (3 new messages appeared this morning).
And this happens everyday.
What is very frustrating with the messages is that I can't do anything to
stop it. Delete, yes. But why allow the abuse? Can someone help?
Mary's message was also my message. I need help to stop/filter these
non-taxonomic messages. It is not an attack on any nationality.
Aloha and thank you.
