Blanchard contra Curtis - before or after 1845?

My dear colleagues
Ch.E.Blanchard described Aulodera gibossus on page 195 of Insectes in
d'Orbigny: Voyage dans l'Amerique meridionale, published in Paris and
Strasbourg publication date is 1841 - 1847

if is this description published in 1843 or 1844  this is valid specie
if is published in 1846 - 1847 is synonym of John .Curtis araneiformis (
which was published in Trans.Linn.Soc.London 19, page 466 in 1845).

H.Gebien  put description of Blanchard specie to 1843...

Anyone can help solve this small mystery?
