mystery locality in Mississippi

This one has us stumped: I've searched the USGS site, a listing of all US
colleges, and a listing of all the community colleges in Mississippi, and
cannot figure out where the heck the following is or was:

"A & M College, Mississippi, June 1930"

Anyone here have a clue?
