Intersted in systematic

I am currently a junior at Northern Kentucky University interested in Plant
Systematics. Beginning at looking for prospective graduate schools, I find
that I am in need of advice as to what schools have the best program for
plant systematic. Also, I intend on getting a PhD. and would like opinions
as to whether it is best to get a M.S. or go straight for a PhD. Any help
would be greatly appreciated.
