A nice pictorial key of Middle European spiders can be found at
http://www.araneae.unibe.ch/
One still has to read some text (you can even choose between Deutsch and English),
but there is an amazing lot of pictures. So many that downloading is a bit slow,
even with the broadband "ultrafast" connection I am using now.
