Please don't think me rude, but I feel it is only fair to point out that
this may not be exactly what the person was looking for. The chapter on
"Observing, Dissecting, and Drawing Flowering Plants," while excellent,
only occupies pp. 19-25. The remainder of the book is a survey of
angiosperm families such as would be used in a taxonomy course. On the
other hand, Wendy Zomlefer is an exceptional botanical artist and the book
is well worth owning if only for the first-class illustrations of each family.
I do think if she were to produce a book along the lines of the original
query, she would find a ready market for it. (Heck, I'd buy one!)
