Unknown plant

Yes, the image below is the one I cited AS a papaya, for comparison.  It is not the original plant under discussion.  The original leaf was 3-lobed.  I've been looking all over for images of papaya with 3-lobed leaves, and haven't been able to find any.  Even the young plants I've seen have leaves with 5 or more lobes.

The plant shown at the following site is definately Papaya and not a =
Jatropha. I have seen this plant in the field. Although we can see a =
fruit  on this tree-like unbranched plant but the leaf scars are very =
clear and r like those on Papaya trunk.This plant is grown in tropical =
and subtropical countries. In Pakistan it is commonly grown in Karachi =
as a fruit crop.
