John,
The standard answer to your question is that there are two,
Deschampsia antarctica and Colobanthus quitensis, both on the
Antarctic Peninsula.
I have heard that Poa annua manages to appear in the disturbed ground
around some of the bases on the coast during the short summer.
Someone else might confirm this
