Where is a certain type locality?

There are three specimens of Dondersia festiva HUBRECHT, 1888, in the
Leiden-Museum (Netherlands); the holotype is present (Van Lummel, 1930;
Nierstrasz & Stork, 1940), no lectotype necessary.
The three specimens are from:
a) Gulf of Naples (coll. J.N.Spengel) without further indication;
Nierstrasz no. 24, section series by Stork.
b) Close to Capri (Gulf of Naples, South), 65 m; Nierstrasz no. 74,
section series by Nierstrasz.
c) Secca di Benda Palumbo/Palummo (northern Gulf of Naples; distance to
Isle of Nisida = 5,2 km, to Cape Miseno = 4,5 km), 60 m; Nierstrasz no.
75, sectioned by Hubrecht, holotype.
d) One specimen more (Gulf of Naples, 60 m) collected upon Lytocarpia
myriophyllum (Nierstrasz no. 40) has not been sectioned and only
doubtfully belongs (together with Nierstrasz no. 41 from the same
sampling) to D. festiva.

Best wishes,
                              Luitfried v.S.-Plawen
