The above suggestion is, in fact, correct since the author's name remains in
parentheses in both combinations in the examples given. The addition of a
subgeneric name, or even a transfer to a different subgenus within the same
genus, does not affect the generic placement of the species and hence the
presence or absence of parentheses around the author.

On the other hand, a change from Addia latior to Tetraphyllus (Addia) latior
involves a change of generic placement of the species latior from Genus Addia
to Genus Tetraphyllus and, if Addia was the original genus for the species,
would require the addition of parentheses to the author's name.
