Dear colleagues,
The biggest problem of Chinese language is that ordinary layman a Chinese
person is not able to read entomological texts.
I have try my friend who was born in China, he is Chinese and who is teacher
of english in Australia, and even he was not able to translate 3 lines
description.,
There is big problem with the ICZN that they are not able to set up rule for
language.
Chinese, Indians could argue about how many persons speak their own
languages, but this is wrong question if you ask which language is most
used...
The right question which language is the most common or used as SECOND
language.
Could be fantastic if ICZN set up rule that any subscription has to be
attached with English, Latin or even Esperanto translation of subscription
or may be some type of illustrations.
Can we make any referendum to push ICZN to set up rules?
Keep care and be of good cheer.
