BZN 57(4):202-206 (Dec issue) informs us that this registration issue, and
others (electronic code versions on the web, sale of names, phylocode, a
more active use of the internet, the financial future of the ITZN) were
discussed by the Commission in August 2000. Worth a read for those
who have not done so. Hey, perhaps it could be posted on the internet even
:^) One issue not mentioned is the inordinate time it takes them to reach a
decision on applications for rulings.

The ITZN seems to be very dependant on money from sale of the code
book. It will be interesting to see if a web version could have free access
(the ideal).
