We (really a person called Chris Garrard) has developed a preliminary
"Manual on the Web" site.  At present, only one genus (Cenchrus) is
available but we shall make more available, and make the generic keys
available, as time (which also means money) permits.

I would be pleased to receive suggestions for improvement of the Web site,
but my primary objective at this stage is simply to have a fairly easy
means of making treatments available for broad review by a wide audience
before they are submitted for publication.  Please send all comments to me
(I am editor of the Manual), not TAXACOM. This pre-finalization posting is
experimental on my part.  I hope that it turns out to be mutually
advantageous.
